Our standard tenancy arrangements are as follows:

Let on a minimum of six months Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

Rent is payable calendar monthly in advance.

Rents vary from £420 to £550 a calendar month depending on size
and position of apartment.

A Bond of between £500 - £650 is required.
-
A non-refundable end of tenancy cleaning fee of £50 is also required.
-
£30 non-refundable Tenancy Deposit Registration fee is required.
-
Council tax (one bedroom apartment - Band A : two bedtoom apartment - Band
B) and utility bills are paid directly by tenant.
-
Linen, kitchen crockery and electrical equipment (excepting that detailed
under features) are not included.
We regret that we are unable to accept pets in the apartments or applications
from benefit claimants.
